Hi, I’m Amy Carroll

Professional Certified Coach, Trainer, Speaker and recovering Predator.

The good news is, I learned a lot from my extensive communication disasters! As a result, I now coach multinationals to build highly successful, profitable and emotionally intelligent relationships. They become more dynamic, honest and effective communicators, developing their ability to influence others by creating powerful partnerships.

Drawing from my many years of improvisational theatre (very proud of a recent performance as feminist goat), and being one of seven children, taught me a lot about communicating for impact, especially in the midst of chaos! My personal and professional philosophy is ‘Make your Partner look good!’.

I have 30+ years of experience and spent 14 of those years working in psychiatric, managed care and educational facilities before becoming a coach and trainer. My understanding of the human psyche is extensive!
