This book is a combi of lofty, spiritual concepts and a simple, concrete approach to practice inner peace and serenity in any given moment.
It gives us the ability to have more awareness, thus control over the habitual, nonstop monologue that can rob us of our peace of mind. In the first part of the book, Singer’s intention is to guide the reader to become highly aware of this monologue. For myself, it was like a lightbulb switching on, I hadn’t realised how constant that was.
The second half of the book offers a simple way to access our awareness and shift our focus right at the moment for that otherwise elusive inner peace. I highly recommend this book!
